How Velenx Consulting collects, uses and protects personal data on this website, under Brazil's LGPD and the EU's GDPR. This policy covers the site only.
Who controls your data
Velenx Consulting, CNPJ 64.173.824/0001-46, based in São Paulo, Brazil, is the controller for personal data collected through this site. Velenx has not appointed a separate data protection officer, so the controller handles that role directly. Requests about your data go to the WhatsApp number in the footer. This site does not appoint a separate mailbox.
What we collect and why
If you send an inquiry, the form collects your name, company, email, phone when you choose to share it, subject and message. Those details are used only to open a prefilled WhatsApp conversation, and sharing them is voluntary, though we cannot start that conversation without them. Nothing is written to a Velenx database. After you accept cookies, Google, Meta and Microsoft may process technical data such as pages, clicks, approximate location from your IP address, device and browser. The site stores one choice in your browser, under the key velenx-consent-v1.
Purposes
We use this data to answer your inquiry, to measure how the site is used, to understand which pages and calls to action lead to a conversation, to show relevant ads if you accept, and to review heatmaps and session recordings. Form fields are masked in recordings.
Legal basis
Consent is the basis for measurement, advertising, heatmaps and session recordings. Steps toward a contract are the basis for the inquiry you send on WhatsApp. You can withdraw consent at any time from the footer. Withdrawal does not affect a message you already sent.
Consent and cookieless measurement
Before you choose, Google Tag Manager loads with storage denied. Google may receive a cookieless ping so that measurement can be modeled. That ping does not set an analytics or advertising cookie. If you accept, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Pixel and Microsoft Clarity may run. If you decline, Meta and Clarity stay off, advertising cookies stay off, and Google remains in cookieless mode. You can change the choice at any time from the footer.
Processors and transfers
Processors are Google (Tag Manager, Analytics and Ads), Meta (Pixel and WhatsApp) and Microsoft (Clarity). They may process data in the United States and in other countries where they operate, under each vendor's standard contractual clauses or an equivalent safeguard. Velenx does not sell personal data. We do not send your name, email, phone or message to these tools.
Cookies and retention
velenx-consent-v1 is a first-party record of your choice. After you accept, the vendors may set their own cookies, including Google analytics and ads cookies, Meta's browser cookie, and Clarity cookies. Google Analytics event data is kept for 2 months by default. The owner can raise that to 14 months in the Google Analytics property. Clarity, Meta and WhatsApp keep data under their own policies. This site has no database of its own.

The marks on this site name organizations where Velenx people have delivered services. Some of that work was contracted directly with the organization. Some was contracted by another company that held the project, with Velenx taking part as a specialist third party. A mark is not an endorsement. It does not mean Velenx was the prime contractor, and it does not describe which engagement was direct.
Trademarks
Microsoft, Power Platform, Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, Dataverse and Dynamics 365 are trademarks of the Microsoft group of companies. Velenx is an independent consultancy and this naming does not imply endorsement by Microsoft.
Your rights
Under the LGPD and the GDPR you can ask for confirmation, access, correction, deletion, blocking, anonymization, portability, and information about who we share data with. You can object to a treatment, ask us to restrict it, withdraw consent, and ask for a review of a decision made only by automated means. This site does not make automated decisions about you.

Message us on WhatsApp at the number in the footer to exercise any of these rights or ask a question about this policy. We may need a few details to confirm we are speaking with the right person. We do not ask you to send a copy of an identity document through this website.
Supervisory authorities
In Brazil you may also contact the ANPD. In the European Union you may contact your local data protection authority.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. The contact form is not stored on our servers. Vendor scripts run only as this policy describes, and a blocked script cannot break the page. No method of transmission is perfectly secure.
Children
This site is built for businesses and does not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
We update this page when our practices change and adjust the date above.
